Personality: Most of the time, Saerin seems to have a fun and outgoing personality. Other times, she is dark and guarded. Saerin is generally nice to people, yet to others she can come across as harsh, or even mean. This is her defense mechanism. Saerin has a tendency to distance herself from people, even people she likes, never getting to close to anyone. She has few friends, and seems content with being alone, but Saerin carries a great deal of pain. Her life has never been easy, and she has struggled to succeed.

History: Saerin Kael is the only child of Liliha and Bryan Kael. Her father died when she was 11, leaving only her mother to raise her. Liliha was obsessed with her daughter’s success, and would often push her hard to be the best. Her mother’s ‘pushing’ usually came in the form of verbal abuse. Saerin enrolled herself at Galbadia Garden at the age of 12, and became a SeeD at 16. Shortly after graduation, Saerin began her Assassin training, which included advanced technical training, helping her become a demolitions expert. Saerin Kael is one of the deadliest SeeD’s on the planet, with a practically flawless record.

Currently, Saerin is in training to replace Sally Dincht as a Special Security Officer at Balamb Garden.
