History: Serra Almasy comes to Balamb Garden for the first time as a representative and informant from the Centra Agency. She spent the last 8 months tracking movements of an unknown, yet suspicious, group. From blood left at various scenes the Centra Agency discovered the identity of the group’s captive to be that of Seifer Almasy, who they also determined to be Serra’s fraternal twin brother.
